Hey Snickers lovers, this one is for you! This is a healthy twist to your favorite candy!
My version is made with just 3 ingredients and has NO ADDED SUGAR!!!
They’re perfect when you want a sweet bite after meals, and also very fun to serve at a party! Each bite is chewy, creamy, and chocolatey… just like a Snickers, but with real, wholesome ingredients. Plus, with fiber from dates, healthy fats from peanut butter, and antioxidants from dark chocolate… these bites are a delicious way to get a little extra nutrition!
PS: If you love the cute purple confetti container I used in the picture, grab yours HERE from my Amazon storefront – it makes snack time even more fun! 😉

Ingredients
✅ dates, nature's perfect caramel swap!
✅ natural peanut butter, I use "crunchy" to add texture.
✅ dark chocolate chips, I use no added sugar version.
Directions
- In a silicone ice cube tray or cookie dough mold, smash down 1 pitted date in each cube/round.
- Top each smashed date with 1 teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter and then 1 teaspoon of melted dark chocolate chips.
- Freeze for ~45 minutes or until the chocolate is set. Let them thaw a few minutes before eating.
NOTES:
- Make as many or as few as you want at a time. I usually make 10-12 at a time.
- You can store them in the freezer for up to 4 months—but they'll likely disappear sooner because they're so delish!
