Ingredients
- 1 sprouted pizza crust
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 ounces pepperoni
- salad kit
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
Directions
This recipe, if you can even call it that, is just assembly. Top the crust with sauce, kale, parmesan, and pepperoni (we did half kale / half kale + pepperoni). Bake according to crust instructions. Put the salad in a bowl and add cherry tomatoes. DONE. So easy!!
