• 2 Tbsp avocado oil
• 2 heads of cauliflower, cut into florets
• 2 Tbsp tahini
Chop 1-2 heads of cauliflower into florets, toss with a bit of avocado oil and roast at 425° F for 12 minutes or until florets start to brown. Drizzle with tahini.
For a little extra pizzaz, you can squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything & garnish w/ fresh parsley.
