What is it: An online 4-week course (classes are on ZOOM and you can have your camera on or off, whatever you’re feeling)
When is it: Tuesdays @ 7pm CT (December 13, 20, 27, and January 3)
How long is each class: 45 Minutes (~30 minutes instruction + ~15 minutes Q&A)
How much does it cost: $99 (for all 4 classes)
What will I get: 4 weeks of “Joy Experiments” to add more positive feelings about your body, nutrition, and exercise. I’ve spent the last 10 years studying JOY and am ready to share what I know. If you love the idea of pursuing optimal health, but in a more high vibe way, this course is for you. Think of this as nutrition & lifestyle school, but with more rainbows & unicorns. 🌈🦄
Who is teaching this: Your instructor is Dawn Jackson Blatner a registered dietitian nutritionist and author of The Flexitarian Diet and Superfood Swap. Dawn is a believer in & teacher of Positive Nutrition, a philosophy of choosing foods and thoughts to nourish both the health + happiness of your cells.
✨WEEK 1: Joy is a Nutrient. Learn the two types of joy, the two ways to cultivate more joy, and the actual benefits of adding more joy. This week you’ll conduct your own JOY EXPERIMENT to help you do this.
✨WEEK 2: Joy of Beauty. Review last week’s joy experiment together. Learn the importance of cultivating beauty in yourself, in your food, and in your environment. This week you’ll conduct your own JOY EXPERIMENT to help you do this.
✨WEEK 3: Joy of Nutrition. Review last week’s joy experiment together. Learn the 3 steps of Positive Nutrition. This week you’ll conduct your own JOY EXPERIMENT to help you do this.
✨WEEK 4: Joy of Exercise. Review last week’s joy experiment together. Learn how to take the joy out of exercise and how to put joy back in. This week you’ll conduct your own JOY EXPERIMENT to help you do this. And we will review the next steps for how to maintain the “JOY IS A NUTRIENT” MINDSET.
