EXTRA CREDIT AWESOME: Single-Task Your WORK. To save time, be more productive & feel less anxious – stay focused on just one work task at a time. If you interrupt your concentration (say check email in-between working on a project) research suggests you’ll waste 24 minutes an hour just trying to regain your focus.
