We’ve all had intentions to do something super healthy, been majorly pumped about it, started off strong and then…it all fizzled fast. You know what I’m talking about – the blender you bought for a juice fast you never tried, the new diet book you haven’t opened or the yoga studio membership that hasn’t been used in weeks (or longer!). Instead of focusing on these extremes, focus on routines/daily consistency.

Skip extremes. Try micro-routines.
WOW CHALLENGE: Invest time every day nurturing a micro-ROUTINE
A micro-ROUTINE is something small but MIGHTY you do every day. It will activate your momentum and establish a long-lasting healthy habit.
Sample daily micro-routines. Pick 1 or make your own:
– Set your alarm 30 minutes earlier. After 5 days, you’ll have 2.5 extra hours to make a green smoothie, complete chores or simply enjoy a rush-free morning.
– Fill & drink a 1-liter water bottle each morning. Carry it with you. Refill @ noon.
– Eat an apple w/ 10 almonds daily @ 3:00pm. This will manage late-afternoon munchies.
