Skip coffee shop chai since these drinks are sugar traps. Instead, make your own simple, no-sugar version.
Sprinkle ground cinnamon, ginger & allspice in a mug. Add unsweetened plant milk, warm in the microwave and stir. Steep a black or green tea bag in the milk for a few minutes (choose decaf tea if before bed). Voila.
Now you’re sipping pretty.
