They can be revamped to create hip health hacks!
Here are my favorite healthy repurposing tricks…
Ice cube tray. Fill w/ leftover canned coconut milk & use cubes in coffee or tea.
Shot glass. Fill w/ nuts & seeds for perfect portion control.
Empty wine bottle. Fill w/ water for beautiful party hydration.
Crockpot. Fill w/ 2 cups water, lemon juice, garlic, sea salt & artichokes (stems down). Cover & cook on high 3-4 hrs until tender.
Contact case. Fill w/ honey & stash in beauty bag for a natural blemish cream.
Spray bottle. Fill w/ water & store in the fridge for a post-workout cool down mist.
Tiny mint tin. Fill w/ fennel seeds & pop in purse for an any-time natural breath freshener.
