I am making this for Thanksgiving.
I think you should, too.
My husband Chris & I ordered a “Seasonal Garden Board” appetizer in a Phoenix restaurant a few days ago. (See picture on left). OMYUM.
What a smart alternative to a heavy cheese/charcuterie board. The presentation was perfect. It inspired me so much that I’m borrowing the idea for Thanksgiving.
What we’ll need:
– Wooden pizza peel or cutting board
– Parchment paper
– Mini bowl w/ pesto
– 5 to 6 piles of roasted veggies (think carrots, brussels sprouts, butternut squash, parsnips, beets, purple potatoes)
Happy Thanksgiving, indeed!
