Why: BOWLS hold more veggies than sandwiches, wraps & burritos so they are lower in calories & higher in nutrition. Think about it….a breakfast sandwich barely has any veggies on it and a typical lunch sandwich has way too much bread & salty, processed deli meat.
Start now: Go grab a bowl, load it with produce & then top it with your favorite protein + grain. Bonus: When you eat from a bowl it slows you down so you naturally eat less & enjoy it more.
