Do you know of a specific brand that makes the siracha seasoning without CRAP? Maybe on amazon?
Dawn says
The hot sauce I use often: Franks.
Occasionally I use Sriracha in small condiment size amounts, but there is white sugar & preservatives in there making it not totally CRAP-free.
Sriracha ingredients: Chili, sugar, salt, garlic, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate, sodium bisulfite and xanthan gum.
Franks Original ingredients: Aged Cayenne Red Peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Water, Salt And Garlic Powder.
PS: Here is an entertaining taste taste video where Franks ties w/ Sriracha: http://www.businessinsider.com/hot-sauce-louisiana-cholula-tabasco-sriracha-franks-taste-test-2016-5

Ok thanks! I was wondering because I think you call for siracha in one of your recipes & I really couldn’t find anything super great. This helps clarify that. I’m in love with Frank’s red hot and I love to make wings with them! It’s one of my favorite meals that I rotate & eat often. Delicious monotony 🙂
