You know that habit of yours that you really want to change, but can’t seem to make it happen?
It’s so frustrating. You take it personally. You feel like a failure.
When you feel frustrated, it’s a sign that you need to SHAKE-IT-UP and do something different. It’s not you, it’s your strategy.
SHAKE-UP TIP: Don’t be a bully.
The biggest mistake I make & see clients make is that we think in order to get something done we have to be a BULLY. But the better way is to make it EASIER. It’s not lazy to choose an easier way. It’s called working smarter, not harder.
Example: I’ve been frustrated w/ running. Going slow, losing steam, feeling stuck.
Bully: Push through it, suck it up, stop being a baby.
Better: How can I make this easier? I used to love running intervals & they feel easier. So, I started to use THIS APP to help me do a 2.5 minute run-2.5 minute walk interval routine. Now I’m doing longer runs, seeing results & my confidence is back. Easy, breezy, beautiful!
