“My thighs are huge.”
“My stomach is disgusting.”
“I’m so fat.”
Most people start diets with a negative body image—a feeling that their thighs are too big, their gut too bulging, their butt too squishy, their arms too flabby.
Well, I call that crap thinking.
And it’s sabotaging you.
WOW CHALLENGE: “Catch & Flip”
When you catch yourself saying something hateful about yourself…flip to the exact opposite statement.
CATCH: “My thighs are huge.”
FLIP: “My thighs are strong & lean.”
It doesn’t even matter if you believe it. Just the act of saying more positive things gets you into a positive vibe. And positivity is the birthplace of motivation.
The words you choose create your reality.
Choose wisely.

I LOVE this! Would love a few more examples

I’m glad you like the CATCH & FLIP. We all say all sorts of self-critical, judgmental things and saying the opposite shuts that voice right down! We don’t have to believe the opposites at first…but say them enough and they become TRUTH!
Just some that I personally had to do today…
CATCH: I run so slow. FLIP: I’m fast and free and so grateful for my body and life.
CATCH: I look old and tired. FLIP: You are a young, energetic, and fun!
CATCH: I’m not good at doing these video interviews FLIP: I’m the VERY BEST at doing video interviews, I’m fun, confident, and real.
CATCH: I’m really not worth the amount I’m charging. FLIP: I am fully worth the amount I’m charging and will deliver great value to this person.
CATCH: I eat too much. FLIP: I eat just the right amount and love to chew slow enough to really enjoy my food.

I am inspired and feel supported by these words of wisdom. Thank you for reminding me to think positively

We all need a reminder to think positively. All about LEARNED optimism. Consciously correcting automatic negative thoughts (ANTS) and using thoughts of GRATITUDE to shift our vibe. I’m always in a state of practicing these things!
