Nori ain’t just for sushi anymore. Use nori seaweed sheets to make AMAZING lunch wraps.
Why I’m in LOVE: Nori (the seaweed used to make sushi) is delish and has just 10 calories per sheet. Plus, it provides energy-enhancing iron & it’s a natural source of thyroid-regulating iodine.
PS: Find nori seaweed sheets in the international aisle of your grocery store.

Just wondering how you get the Noritake to roll? If I’m using an omelette, the steam makes it Rolla blend everywhere but where the egg doesn’t touch, and those dry parts have a gross texture and tend to try to break off. If I pat them with water, the result tends to be even worse.

I let the scrambled eggs cool a bit before putting them in. They can be warm to the touch, but not hot.
