Yes, you can use any type of unsweetened vanilla plant milk (hemp/rice/etc.) or even organic 2% milk. Bottoms up! xoxo

People claim alot of things are true when they are not upon close inspection. Please provide a reference to verify that black pepper increases by 2000% the effects of tumeric, as you have stated.
