I woke up the other day wanting to get a good sweat session in. Millions of ideas were popping through my head. I can take a Boxing class @ noon…a Butts & Guts class @ 5:30pm…ideas galore! You’ll never guess what happened next.
I had so many options to choose from that I couldn’t decide what to do. So, ultimately I chose nothing. Choice shutdown is real, people!
Now I use a calendar & write down EXACTLY what exercise I’m going to do for the week. I used to think this felt too hard-core, too disciplined, too serious but really it’s nice to not have to make a choice each day.
