COLLARDS

KALE
Bake kale chips. Serve alongside a sammie.
Blend kale into a breakfast power smoothie.
SPINACH
Blend spinach into a mint-chocolate chip shake.
Dump 1/2 your usual Chinese takeout on spinach.
CABBAGE
Top tacos with a crunchy cabbage slaw.
ARUGULA
Toss arugula w/ butternut squash + red onion + parmesan + lemon. New #salad obsession.
Add arugula to breakfast sushi.
