St. Paddy’s Day is this Saturday. 🍀
That means lots of beer drinking. 🍻
Why not use some of that beer to make…
Beer Battered Veggies
**a healthy way to enjoy pub grub**
#SuperSwap beer battered veggies are…
– baked, not fried
– coated in brown rice flour, not white
BEER batters are great because the CARBONATION in the beer makes the batter puff up more when BAKING, which gives the veggies major CRUNCH factor.
For these, I used GUINNESS because, St. Patrick’s Day. But you can use ANY type of beer, even gluten-free beer for those living a #GFLife.
These crunchtastic veggies are great SERVED w/ a squeeze of lemon, hot sauce, guac, or even ranch.
