FROZEN GREEN JUICE BAGS
Add these 3 ingredients into individual quart-sized bags & store in the freezer:
1) LEMON (1/2 lemon, peeled)
Lemon 🍋 contains immune-boosting vitamin C. Plus, sour & bitter foods reset taste buds to help you crave less sweet stuff.
2) SPINACH (1-2 cups)
Spinach 🌿 is good for just about everything. It has disease-fighting antioxidant vitamins A, C, E…calcium & magnesium for bone health…iron & vitamin K for healthy blood…carotenoids for healthy eyes & skin…potassium for heart health…and it can even aid in weight loss.
3) BERRIES (1/2 cup)

You have dark green lettuce like romaine or bibb, which are the most nutritious. The lighter colored varieties such as iceberg and head lettuce are still nutritious, though there aren’t as many vitamins and minerals.
