BRING SALAD ON A STICK…easier to eat than a bowl of salad and way more fun.
WEDGE SALAD SKEWERS
How To: Skewer bite-sized romaine lettuce chunks, quartered grape tomatoes, quartered cucumber…sprinkle w/ chopped red onion + crumbled bacon + drizzle of dressing.
Notes:
– Choose uncured bacon with no nitrates or nitrites added. Or to make it vegetarian, use coconut bacon.
– Drizzle dressing on right before serving.
– Use 4″ appetizer-size skewers (as pictured) or go for longer skewers to make it more of a side dish.
