What is a POPtail?
POPsicle + cocktail or mocktail
Instead of double fisting it this summer with a cocktail in one hand and a popsicle in the other, combine forces to make a POPtail.💥
Add a POPSICLE to either a….

Try a popsicle in a glass of prosecco or rosé.
– or –
>> MOCKTAIL <<
Try a popsicle in unsweetened sparkling water (flavored or unflavored) or unsweetened iced hibiscus tea.
Take a couple sips of the drink…Take a couple licks of the popsicle…Repeat. YUM. 👅
How to Pick a Popsicle:
✅ Read the ingredient list. See below for CRAP to avoid.🔍
✅ Choose pops that have a base of pureed fruit, pureed veggies, and/or brewed tea.🍓🥦🍵
✅ Aim to get the slim, bullet-shaped pops. They fit better in a glass and have fewer calories & less sugar because they are smaller.
✅ My fav pops have < 35 calories + 6g sugar.
CRAP Popsicle Ingredients to Avoid
🚫 Artificial colors such as caramel color, red #40, yellow #5, etc.
🚫 Artificial flavors
🚫 High fructose corn syrup
MY FAVORITE POPS: I love Ruby Rockets fruit & veggie pops (all flavors under 35 calories, 6g sugar) and Brewla hibiscus pops (20 calories, no added sugar). Honorable mention goes to DeeBee’s Organics teapops and Outshine fruit & veggie pops.
