I LOVE having dessert after dinner. And I have a new chocolaty treat obsession that I’ve just gotta share… You remember Magic Shell? As a kid I’d squeeze that chocolate-like syrup onto ice cream & it would harden into a crunchy shell. Just like magic!
I decided to give this fun vibes dessert topping a “healthified” makeover! BENEFITS of my Magic Shell: INGREDIENTS: 3 tablespoons coconut oil 6 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/8 teaspoon sea salt DIRECTIONS: Melt coconut oil, stir in cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Done! My favorite way to use it: Drizzle over unsweetened FROZEN FRUIT CHUNKS like mango! pineapple! peaches! cherries! berries! banana slices! Keep leftovers in a sealed container on the counter for up to 5 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks (if kept in fridge, re-melt before using). |
