ONE INGREDIENT SORBET

In a blender or food processor, purée 2 cups of slightly thawed frozen fruit until creamy. Done!
✨THAW fruit for roughly 7-10 minutes before blending. This is the key to a less icy, more creamy texture.💥
✨If you’re having trouble blending, use a spatula to scrape down the sides & if you’re still struggling add a splash of lemon juice or water to get it going!
✨Use store-bought unsweetened frozen fruit OR slice & freeze your own.
✨Eat right away or freeze in covered container for up to 3 months. Before eating, leave out to thaw for 15 minutes for a creamy texture.
5 SORBET FLAVOR IDEAS
Like spicy? Add a pinch of cayenne.
mixed berry [strawberries, raspberries, blueberries]
Like lemonade? Swap 1/2 cup frozen berries for 1/2 cup frozen lemon segments.
Like tropical? Add 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut.
Want gut friendly? Add 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger.
Want less tart? Swap 1 cup frozen kiwi for 1 cup frozen strawberries.
