GENERAL PORTION GUIDE
VEGGIES
2 cups broccoli, bell pepper, cabbage, spinach, kale, squash, mushrooms, onions, etc.
PROTEIN
3/4 cup cooked beans or lentils
3 ounces cooked fish, chicken or beef
6 ounces plain 2% greek yogurt
2 eggs
WHOLE GRAIN/POTATO
3/4 cup cooked pasta, brown rice or quinoa
1 small white or sweet potato
FAT TOPPER
1/3 avocado
3 tablespoons shredded cheese
2 tablespoons chopped nuts or seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil, full fat dressing or nut/seed butter
