I have been in a major HOT CHOCOLATE mood. All the holiday movies I’ve been watching stirred up my craving for it big time!
I wanted to create a version that didn’t have white sugar, so instead I use DATES to make it naturally sweet & thick! You’ll love it.
✨SUPERFOOD HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE✨
Ingredients (makes 2 servings)
1.5 cups favorite type of milk
4 medjool dates, pitted
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch sea salt & cayenne
Directions
1. In blender, add all ingredients & blend until smooth. PS: See below for some optional add-in boosts!
2. Heat mixture on the stove or in microwave, until almost boiling. YUM.
