All too often people just think about seasoning chicken & meat! But veggies need our flavor LOVE, too! So, on the SEASONING CHEAT SHEET, I included veggie ideas to pair w/ each spice mix.

It’s EASY! Here’s How:
1. Mix together equal parts of each individual herb/spice.
2. Add sea salt & black pepper, to taste.
3. Use the mix as a rub, sprinkle, or marinade, especially on veggies!
onion powder + garlic powder + oregano/basil + dil/thyme

cumin/coriander + garlic powder + allspice + bay leaf/oregano
spice tip: make your own allspice w/ a mix of cloves + nutmeg + cinnamon
dill/tarragon/marjoram + bay leaf/oregano + basil + thyme/rosemary
cumin/coriander + chili powder + onion power + bay leaf/oregano
