You can turn ANY CONDIMENT into a quick anti-inflammatory flavor boost
Turmeric may also help increase levels of serotonin, a happiness hormone.
Just stir 1/2 to 1 teaspoon turmeric (+ a pinch of black pepper) into a serving of your favorite condiment. Done. Yum.
And don’t skip the black pepper, it’s there for a reason. Black pepper enhances the absorption of curcumin exponentially so that your body can reap more of the great benefits. 💥
