You may have heard TURMERIC is an anti-inflammatory, superfood spice. But it can be hard to figure out how to use it regularly. Until now…
ADD TURMERIC TO YOUR CONDIMENTS!
You can turn ANY CONDIMENT into a quick anti-inflammatory flavor boost
WHY?
Helps w/ muscle soreness!
Turmeric contains the active compound called curcumin. Study after study demonstrates how it may help fight exercise aches & pain.
Mood booster!
Turmeric may also help increase levels of serotonin, a happiness hormone.
HOW TO:
Just stir 1/2 to 1 teaspoon turmeric (+ a pinch of black pepper) into a serving of your favorite condiment. Done. Yum.
And don’t skip the black pepper, it’s there for a reason. Black pepper enhances the absorption of curcumin exponentially so that your body can reap more of the great benefits. 💥

If you’re sensitive to black pepper, will white pepper work for enhancement?
DJ Blatner, RDN says
Yes! You can use white pepper. It has the same active ingredient as black pepper that can help turmeric get better absorbed. xx
