Smashed up 3-ingredient kale chips that you can sprinkle on anything!
So why not add them to everything!
MAKE KALE DUST
STEP 1. Make Kale Chips.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Wash 2 bunches of kale, remove stems, and rip into chip-size pieces. Toss kale pieces with 1 tablespoon olive oil and place in single layer on baking sheets. Don’t overlap them, they need space to get crisp. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 18 minutes, until crisp.
STEP 2. Make Kale Dust.
Let kale chips cool completely. Then add them to a bag, smash them up, and you’ve got yourself magical kale dust!

Pro tips: Store kale dust in a spice jar, by your other spices. You don’t have to smash up all the kale chips! Save some to enjoy as an awesome snack or served alongside a sammie.
