CALLING ALL GRANOLA LOVERS: Have you tried SUNFLOWER MUESLI??!!
This post is sponsored by The Quaker Oats Company, but all opinions are my own.
✨Muesli is the easier-to-make, summer version of granola and tastes just as delicious. Unlike granola, it is NOT baked meaning we can keep those ovens off and stay cool for the summer. 😎
I’ve teamed up with Quaker to show you how to make my homemade SUNFLOWER MUESLI that has only 6 ingredients + no added sugar. I always have Quaker oats in my pantry because they are so versatile and add whole grains to any recipe I put them in!
SUNFLOWER MUESLI
(makes 8 servings)
2 cups of Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
MAKE IT:
In a jar, add all the ingredients and shake until mixed.
Note: Store in a closed jar in the pantry or cool, dry place out of direct light for up to 3 months.
USE IT:
One of my favorite things about muesli is that you can use it for so many things!
Here are my 4 FAVORITE ways to eat it…
🌟Stir into a yogurt & fruit bowl
🌟Use to make overnight oats
🌟Top a smoothie or smoothie bowl
🌟Sprinkle on grilled fruit
