✨ The ratio is mostly plants, w/ just a little bit of the usual meats & cheeses.
✨ You see a bunch of colorful fruits & veggies.
Imagine if a veggie board & a charcuterie board had a baby… that’s a FLEX BOARD.😉
Why make a FLEXITARIAN charcuterie board?
Since a FLEX BOARD is primary made of COLORFUL plants 🌱 your friends/family/party guests will easily hit their daily quota of superfoods & you can feel good knowing you served up energizing nutrients to their cells.💥
Make a Flexitarian Charcuterie Board. Here’s how:
Step 1. Pick foods from each category on the checklist. Use the amounts as a general guide & you’ll notice I chose higher FLEX 💪 amounts for veggies and fruits.
Step 2. Arrange the foods on a cutting board or party platter. And that’s it!
PRO TIP: Make 2 or 3 piles of each ingredient around the board. This adds more artistic flare than having just 1 pile of the ingredient.

yogurt + harissa
Try this w/ carrots. Harissa is a spicy chili pepper paste.
yogurt + blue cheese
Try this w/ celery. Add a little hot sauce for kick.
yogurt + dill + feta
Try this w/ cucumber. Also delish w/ cherry tomatoes.
tahini + everything seasoning
Try this w/ bell pepper. Add warm water to make it a little thinner.
peanut butter + rice vinegar
Try this w/ broccoli. This is basically an easy peanut vinaigrette! Also delish w/ a little added cayenne.
mashed avocado + lime
Try this w/ jicama sticks. It’s short-cut guac. Fiesta baby.
