These superfood cookies are naturally low in sugar, gluten-free & vegan.
COOKIE MIX RECIPE (just 4 ingredients!)
1 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Mix ingredients & put in a jar. Tie on a ribbon & it’s ready to gift.
To make the cookies, this is what your recipient will do:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Stir together 1 mashed ripe banana + this cookie mix. Place batter in 1 tablespoon mounds onto a baking sheet that has been misted w/ olive or coconut oil. Bake for ~15 minutes, until bottoms are golden. Remove from oven & use the bottom of a glass to lightly tap each mound into a cookie shape. Let cool for 10 minutes & enjoy! Store leftovers in fridge for up to 1 week. Makes 14-16 mini chocolate chips cookies.

It’s a great mix to have around! If it’s stored in a airtight container, in a cool/dry place, it can last as long as your almond flour expiration date. xx
