It’s officially Winter ❄️ this week. This time of year makes me crave all things comfort & cozy like these 6 fun, functional lattes….
Each easy-to-make latte serves a unique purpose.
Just warm a cup of your favorite milk & choose which one to make based on the benefit you’re looking for…
Optional: Add a little honey, maple/date syrup, monk fruit, or stevia to make your latte just how you like it.
1 cup warm milk + 1 tablespoon beet root powder
Beets contain nitrates, which naturally boost energy by dilating blood vessels for better blood flow to the brain & muscles. Beets may also help decrease post-workout muscle soreness.

✨ Make a MATCHA LATTE
1 cup warm milk + 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
Matcha has caffeine, but 1 teaspoon only has about 50mg while coffee is around 100mg per 8 ounces. It also contains a compound called L-theanine that works to decrease the jitters & energy crash you often get w/ too much coffee.
