People on TikTok are posting all sorts of creative ways to flavor water to make it more fun & tasty.
This trend has PROS and CONS.
CONS: Most of these recipes are made with excessive amounts of artificial syrups, flavor packets, and powders. This ends up making water full of artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, and artificial colors which does NOT add nutrition to our body.
