How do you incorporate fasting into not missing meals, or do you not fast?
DJ Blatner, RDN says
A 14 hour fast AND 3 meals a day can easily co-exist. For example, stop eating at 7pm and breakfast would be at 9am. Prioritizing 3 protein-focused, balanced meals a day improves nutrition and cuts down on random snacking. PS: For active people trying to build muscle, fueling workouts right is more important than fasting.
