The month includes: 1 INITIAL session + 3 follow-up sessions + ANYTIME texting.
The month with me is not dieting.
Some people LOVE this because they want a holistic, high-vibe approach to eating.
Some people don’t because they are looking for something more traditional.
What we do together in a month:
1. Prioritize holistic health promoting behaviors to find your body’s best weight naturally. (Your best weight = the healthiest you can possibly be while still enjoying your life.)
2. Use “feeling good” as a clue that we are on the right track, instead of using only the scale to determine success.
3. Take pictures of food (using a phone app I’ll give you) to heal judgement/shame/diet culture and build empowerment & ownership of food decisions.
4. Practice “visual wisdom” to find true balance at each meal for your inner health nut + inner wild child. #joyisanutrient
5. Learn how to use calorie-consciousness instead of calorie counting or tracking points/macros/etc.
6. Cultivate body gratitude, since you can’t heal a body you hate.
7. Tap into your own inner natural motivation system for more fun, ease, and peace with food.
More details:
– Each of the 4 sessions is 60-ish minutes.
– I’m available by text or email for real-time coaching if something comes up between sessions.
– After the month together, you’ll have the tools you need to keep the momentum going.
– Many people choose to add-on session “boosters” here & there throughout the year when they want another “food vibe recalibration.”
