HOW DOES IT WORK
- Book your session by clicking the “SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT” BUTTON BELOW.
- A zoom video link for our 60-minute session will be emailed to you.
- During our 60-minute video session, I will lead you through a DIET & LIFESTYLE AUDIT and SYMPTOMS CHECKLIST. This will help me create a food, supplement, and lifestyle plan just for YOU.
Our Goal: Create a step-by-step plan to help you feel better & understand your body more.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
✔︎INSURANCE
I do not take insurance, however, I am a medical nutrition therapy provider & can give you a “superbill receipt” after you pay. You can send that receipt to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance company before the session and asking, “Under what circumstances do you cover medical nutrition therapy sessions with a registered dietitian?” Another option is to use a HSA (health savings account) or FSA (flexible spending account) to cover costs.
✔︎COST
If you think this costs too much money, remember, this is information that will last a lifetime. You will forever be changed & won’t look at food or your health the same after we meet. If you’re dragging your feet about the money, know that it’s NOT ABOUT THE MONEY. It’s either believing I can’t help you or believing you can’t do what it takes to change. If either is the case for you, let’s talk so you can feel confident investing in your health.
✔︎AFTER THE FIRST SESSION
After our first strategy session together, you will have a realistic action plan to start working on right away. You can book additional strategy sessions whenever you want ($300) so we can track progress together & problem solve any real life issues that come up.
