INSTEAD YOU MUST FIND THE “JUST RIGHT” MIDDLE GROUND.
Here’s why…
✨ Actions that are too CHALLENGING can be overwhelming and lead to frustration & quitting.
✨ Actions that are too EASY can be boring and lead to apathy & quitting.
✨ Actions that are MIDDLE GROUND are challenging yet totally doable. That’s a motivating combo. 💥 💥 💥

This week, pick a habit that you want to work on and take MIDDLE GROUND ACTION (goldilocks!) that feels JUST RIGHT. You’ll be way more motivated to stick to that habit. Not to mention, you’ll enjoy the process too. 💫
