1. CHICKPEA CAESAR WRAP
sprouted whole grain wrap + smashed chickpeas + romaine/kale* and tomatoes + caesar dressing

2. PROTEIN PESTO SANDWICH
slice of sourdough + mashed white beans (think hummus) + arugula and tomatoes + pesto (stirred into the beans)
