HOW TO MAKE HAPPY HOUR GREEN JUICE:
You don’t need a juicer to enjoy a GREEN JUICE HAPPY HOUR.
All you need is a BLENDER + 3 superfood ingredients…
1. 🍃 SPINACH
(1-2 cups)
Blending up greens into a juice is like drinking a salad. Nourishing!
PS: You can use baby kale instead of spinach, if you prefer.
2. 🍋 LEMON
(1/2 lemon, peeled)
Lemon contains immune-boosting vitamin C. Plus, sour foods may reset taste buds to help you crave less sweet stuff.
3. 🍍 FRUIT
(1/4 cup)
Use fruit like pineapple or mango to add some antioxidant-rich sweetness.
DIRECTIONS: Blend ingredients w/ 1 CUP OF WATER for 15 seconds. Cheers!
