One of my most popular recipes is FROZEN GREEN JUICE BAGS. They are the easiest way to make a green juice using any blender.
Based on their popularity, I created 3 more varieties for the summer, all inspired by classic cocktails…
✨MARGARITA GREEN JUICE
✨MOJITO GREEN JUICE
✨MULE GREEN JUICE
GREEN JUICE MOCKTAIL BAGS
Put a few ingredients in a bag, freeze, and blend up whenever you need a nutritious mocktail.
HOW TO:
1. Pick your flavor (margarita, mojito, mule)
2. Put ingredients in individual quart bags
3. Store in the freezer
4. When ready to drink, blend bagged ingredients w/ 1 CUP COCONUT WATER
5. Enjoy as is (or add optional spike)
Margarita Green Juice
1 cup greens
+ 1 peeled lime
Mocktail w/ Benefits: Serve in a salted rim glass since sea salt has electrolytes to help w/ hydration. Great post workout. Also great paired w/ jicama sticks & guac.
Optional Spike: tequila
Mojito Green Juice
1 cup greens
+ 1 peeled lime
+ 6-8 mint leaves
Mocktail w/ Benefits: Mint’s scent can bust a craving. Great after dinner.
Optional Spike: rum
Mule Green Juice
1 cup greens
+ 1 peeled lime
+ 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger
Mocktail w/ Beneifts: Ginger aids digestion. Great w/ meals.
Optional Spike: vodka or whiskey
Pro-Tip: You don’t have to make bags & freeze. You could put the ingredients directly into a blender + 1 cup coconut water and drink right away over ice. Having the bags ready in the freezer just makes it easy to blend one anytime.
