How-To:
In a BLENDER, puree ingredients for 1-2 minutes, until smooth:
+ 2T olive oil
+ 2T vinegar
+ 1 cup summer fruit
+ 1/4 cup water
+ optional herb/spice (to taste)

👉For best results, add water gradually to get the consistency you want.
👉Store extra in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
👉Add sea salt, pepper, mustard, or garlic to the dressing for EXTRA FLAVOR!
